Aaron Nesmith has agreed to a two-year, $40.4 million extension with the Indiana Pacers, keeping him under contract through the 2028-29 season and including a trade kicker, according to Shams Charania of ESPN.

The Pacers locked in Nesmith at his maximum eligibile amount ahead of Monday’s veteran extension deadline.

During the 2024-25 season, Nesmith elevated his efficiency, hitting career-high percentages of 51% from the field, 43% from three, and 91% from the free throw line.

In the playoffs, Nesmith shot a blistering 49.2% from beyond the arc, the best single-postseason mark ever for a player with at least 100 threes taken.
